When we cannot proceed.

We’ll explain the reasons we can establish from the information available. Where a lender has provided feedback, we distinguish that feedback from AMG’s own review. If a reason is not available, we say so.

Your written outcome may identify missing documents, information that needs clarification or circumstances to discuss before you return. You can contact us to correct information or ask for an explanation. Reapplying or making changes does not guarantee approval.

Requesting this AMG review does not itself submit a loan application to a lender. Any subsequent credit checks, lender application and relevant terms are discussed separately.
